STRONG 4 LIFE
(Tues/Thurs @ 9:30am)

This 60min class is geared to an intermediate fitness level, we used to say “older adults” but we now have a wide range of ladies attending this class every week. The class is half cardio and half strength training, with a sprinkle of balance and mobility/flexibility work to make sure you’re covering all your bases! This is a class geared toward women looking to improve their overall strength, posture, core strength, mobility and general ability to continue doing the things they love on a regular basis.

Get your sweat on in this beginner-intermediate, low-impact class without risking injury!

YIN
(Thurs @ 6:30pm*)
*Yin is currently scheduled at 7pm on Thursday’s until September

Yin yoga is a 60min practice that consists of a series of passive poses which work to target the body’s fascia and connective tissues. These poses are held for an extended period of time which helps to regulate the flow of energy in the body (yin) and increase flexibility. Breath and relaxation techniques are also utilized throughout as a way to assist the body with releasing into the poses and releasing tension. This class is great for any experience level whether you are new to yoga or looking for a complimentary class to your other workouts.

Yin is a beautiful way to calm your nervous system and ensure a good night’s rest. Every class finishes with a short meditation and warm lemongrass towel.
